今日はやっとポーランドからビデオで送ってきたスープを作る日でした。

最高に楽しくて、最高に美味しかったです。

ポーランドはドイツの隣にあるのに、こんなスープの作り方がある何って私もびっくりしました。

子供たちのために始めたビデオ交流は大人の世界もこんなに美味しく広げてくれる何って嬉しいです。

and here is the recipe; we changed a bit according to the veggies we get in Japan:

2 big shredded carrots
same amount of shredded Japanese reddish (daikon)
6 shredded pickled cucumbers (fried in butter)
3 big diced potatoes 
3 cubes of soup
 water (about 1 l)

Just boil everything until it's done;  add sour cream finished!  delicious!
